SHOW INFORMATION

1. REGISTRATION FOR FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

2. SHOW PROGRAM (Tentative)

Admission: 8:00 – 9:00

CAC Show: 9:00 – 12:00

Lunch Break : 12:00 – 12:30

CACIB Show : 12:30 – 16:30

Main ring competition BIS: 16:30 – 18:30

*Above hours are tentative and can be revised based on the final number of entries.

3. ENTRY FEES FOR FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

Package 3xCAC, 3xCACIB Entry: 600,000 MNT, 17000 RUB, 1250 RMB

Baby, Puppy Entry: 300,000 MNT, 8500 RUB, 650 RMB

Veteran Entry: 450,000 MNT, 12500 RUB, 1000 RMB

Junior handling competitions: 50,000 MNT, 1400 RUB, 100 RMB

3xCAC only Entry: 300,000 MNT, 8500 RUB, 650 RMB (Only NON FCI breeds)

3xCAC only Entry for Baby, Puppy : 240,000 MNT,  

3xCAC only Entry for Veteran : 250,000 MNT, 

ИРЭЭДҮЙН АВАРГА (зөвхөн энэ тэмцээнд оролцох) : 100,000 MNT 

(NO CACIB only entry)

Championship Certificate: 50,000 MNT, 1400 RUB, 100 RMB (Mongolian Championship certificate will be printed and distributed starting from 2nd day of the show)

4. HEALTH CERTIFICATE (In case you need it. Please be aware that the organizer will not responsible for providing information or checking if your country requires Health certificate or not when you go back to your home country or origin. Whether to apply for HEALTH CERTIFICATE or not is solely on participant responsibility )

Export health certificate & Vet check: 120,000 MNT, 3,500 RUB, 250 RMB

5. AIRPORT PICK UP AND DROP OFF

Ulaanbaatar International Airport -> Darkhan City, Darkhan City -> Ulaanbaatar International Airport

One mini van can accommodate up to 3 persons and 3 midsized dogs / or 2 big dogs / or 4 small dogs. 

6. PAYMENTS (FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS)

Russian participants can pay to Sber bank account, Chinese participants can pay to Alipay. You will be given account information when we register your entry.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

i. Dogs entering the show must be registered with the FCI or a registry acknowledged by the FCI.

ii. The show will be conducted according to “Regulations for FCI Dog Shows” published on FCI’s official website.

iii. All dogs entering the show should be in good health and have all required vaccinations.

iv. Breeds that are NOT recognized by the FCI and the breeds that are recognized by the FCI on a PROVISIONAL basis are not eligible for the CACIB title.

v. The organizer reserves the right to change the judges.

8. SHOWGROUND INFORMATION

Our indoor event will take place in the Darkhan United Arena, one of the biggest sports arenas in the country, situated in Darkhan city, Mongolia. The venue is approximately 250 km from the New Ulaanbaatar International Airport and 128 km from Russia-Mongolian border city Altanbulag. 

Participants are permitted to set up within the designated venue areas approved by the MKF officials. However, it is not allowed to stay in or leave dogs unattended on the showground outside of event hours.

During the show dates, the weather is expected to be sunny with temperatures around 18-22 degrees Celsius.

9. MAIN HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

The Grand YAK Hotel & Convention centre, located only 200m (3 minutes walking distance) from the show venue.

Please note that availability of rooms is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTE : AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR DOG REGISTRATION FORM YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESERVE YOUR ACCOMMODATION WHERE YOU CAN RESERVE YOUR ROOM. 

10. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING MONGOLIAN TITLES FOR FOREIGN EXHIBITORS

i. Mongolian Beauty Champion Title for Foreign Exhibitors

- A dog is required to receive three (2) CACs in shows held in Mongolia to obtain a Mongolian Beauty Champion title.

ii. Mongolian Junior Champion Title for Foreign Exhibitor

- A dog is required to receive two (2) JCACs in shows held in Mongolia to obtain a Mongolian Junior Champion title.

iii. Mongolian Grand Champion Title for Foreign Exhibitors

-A dog is required to receive two (5) CACs in shows held in Mongolia in order to obtain a Mongolian Grand Champion title.

11. CRUFTS QUALIFICATIONS

i. Only UK Kennel Club recognized breeds qualify for Crufts.

ii. The qualifying classes are winners of Junior Dog, Junior Bitch, plus the Best Dog and the Best Bitch.

iii. All overseas winners must apply for an ATC number (authority to compete) to show here in the UK (closing date end of December).
